Returns and Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at overdevelopmentincorporate@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the problem and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

For apparel, please review the sizing information carefully before ordering. Some shirts use European sizing and may run smaller than standard U.S. sizing.

Refunds, replacements, or other resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If Shopify gives you an Insert template option, I would not use the generic template here unless we review it first. The default language is usually broader than what you actually want.
